FMOC, Ltd., affiliates have added 3 single tenant properties to their portfolio in August. The latest acquisitions include a Family Dollar in both Alton, TX and Boutte, LA as well as a Dollar General in Laurel, MS. This is the first acquisition in Louisiana.
