Today, FMOC manages 117 properties in 108 metropolitan markets across 20 states, representing more than 1.7 million square feet of commercial space. While the portfolio has traditionally focused on retail properties, FMOC expanded into temperature-controlled self-storage and RV park management in 2024 as part of its continued growth strategy.
