FMOC, Ltd., affiliates added more properties to the portfolio in 2025. There were 13 properties purchased in the 2nd Quarter of 2025. Wisconsin was a new market entered with the purchase of 2 Dollar General buildings as well as an additional property. There were 4 Dollar Generals purchased in Alabama and 2 additional in Georgia. There was also a Family Dollar in Texas and a Dollar General each in Ohio and Indiana. One vacant building was purchased in Missouri.
