FMOC, Ltd., affiliates will purchase 14 properties in the 4th quarter. Dollar General is the tenant for all of the properties in the latest acquisition. There will be 9 in Alabama, 3 in Georgia, and 2 in Tennessee. This latest acquisition will bring the total to 70 locations leased to Dollar General.
