Fred Lassetter joined FMOC in 2023 to oversee the company’s newly established construction department. As Construction Manager, he coordinates construction projects across FMOC’s portfolio and supports the planning and execution of future improvements.
Fred earned his MBA from Texas State University in 2002 and his bachelor’s degree in business management from Southwest Texas State University in 1992. He began his career in Austin as a network administrator before serving for 12 years as Controller of a local property management company responsible for more than $100 million in real estate assets. During that time, he also oversaw the company’s operations, accounting, and construction departments.
He later owned and operated a small distribution company for seven years. In 2017, Fred established his own general contracting company, where his work included luxury home renovations, new construction, and house flips.
Before beginning his business career, Fred played professional golf and traveled throughout the country. He has lived in Central Texas for the past 34 years and is married with three children and one grandson. Outside of work, he continues to enjoy golf and volunteers in community theatre.
