Halle Brown has been with FMOC, Ltd. for just under three years and currently serves as a Property Manager. Alongside her team, she supports a portfolio of single- and multi-tenant retail properties across multiple states, helping oversee everything from daily operations to the long-term performance of each asset.
In her role, Halle is responsible for tenant relations, lease administration, account management, unit turns, and the coordination of property operations. She enjoys the operational side of commercial real estate, with a particular interest in maximizing asset performance through proactive management, strategic problem-solving, and building strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
Outside of work, Halle enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, reading, and exploring local trails with her dog. She values continuous learning and believes there is always an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
