FMOC, Ltd., affiliates are adding 5 properties to the portfolio. The latest acquisitions include four single tenant buildings and a parcel of land. Two buildings in Kentucky and one building in Ohio have national tenant Dollar General. The parcel of land is located in Independence, Kentucky. Bridgestone-Firestone is the tenant for the fourth building located in St. Peter’s, Missouri. With these latest acquisitions, FMOC, Ltd. now has holdings in ten states.
