FMOC Ltd. Affiliates Closed on Colonial Plaza & Norton Commons in March
Austin, TX, April 26, 2016: FMOC, LTD affiliates purchased two Walmart shadow-anchored retail centers in March. Both of these properties are located in Virginia. Colonial Plaza, a 27,554-square-foot center which has a national tenant roster that includes Dollar Tree, Cato, Rent-a-Center, Advance America, and Springleaf Financial Services as well as regional and local tenants is in Lebanon. FMOC, LTD affiliates also acquired 100% leased Norton Commons, a 26,400-square-foot center in Norton that is home to nine tenants including Great Clips, Pizza Hut and Advance America as well as several regional tenants. FMOC, LTD is based out of Austin, Texas and owner-manages shopping centers in 22 metropolitan markets in 8 states.
