FMOC, LTD Affiliates Closed on Gulfport Plaza & Jacksonville Plaza in August
FMOC, LTD affiliates purchased two Walmart shadow-anchored retail centers in August. The largest, Gulfport Plaza, a 34,007- square-foot center which is 100% leased has a national tenant roster that includes Petco, Cato, Gamestop, GNC, and Sally Beauty Supply as well as regional and local tenants. FMOC, LTD affiliates also acquired 100% leased Jacksonville Plaza, a 16,320-square-foot that is home to five tenants including Cato and Sally Beauty Supply. FMOC, LTD is based out of Austin, Texas and owner-manages shopping centers in 20 metropolitan markets in 7 states.
