FMOC, Ltd., affiliates have added another retail center to the portfolio. The latest acquisition Whitestone Plaza is a 6-8 tenant center in Cedar Park, TX which is located near the intersection of Parmer Lane and FM 1431 in Williamson County. Cedar Park is just 17 miles from downtown Austin.
There are several new acquisitions scheduled for this quarter.
