Greg Cervenka has over 25 years legal, financial and real estate experience representing himself, entities he controls, tenants, owners and management companies. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate. He has owned and managed retail real estate for more than 20 years. He has owned and managed strip centers shadow-anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter for over 20 years. He developed and managed two large shadow-anchored Wal-Mart strip center developments in Austin, Texas. In addition, he has purchased and manages multiple other properties. Currently his companies own and manage properties totaling more than 1,000,000 square feet in seventeen states.

Mr. Cervenka in various capacities has been involved in the acquisition or sale of numerous income-producing properties in Texas and other states. He has negotiated hundreds of commercial leases, both representing tenants and landlords.

Mr. Cervenka received his accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987. He received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1990. He was licensed to practice in the state of Texas in 1990. He began his career as a tax accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick. He became a certified public accountant in 1992.

Mr. Cervenka practiced law in a real estate law firm headed by a board certified real estate attorney. The practice involved extensive litigation and transaction activity related to real estate.

Mr. Cervenka worked for 5 years as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for a rapid-growth, multi-state, specialty retail company. During his tenure he located, relocated and established numerous stores both in Texas and other states. These transactions involved extensive site selection and lease negotiation. In addition, several buildings were acquired by the company’s principal and leased back to the company. Ultimately, Mr. Cervenka successfully negotiated the sale of the company to the largest public company in its industry.

Mr. Cervenka worked for 2 years as the President of a large, local property management. The company managed over $100,000,000 in real estate. He successfully reorganized the company and turned around numerous failing properties.

In addition, for 2 years Mr. Cervenka functioned as the Vice President of Accounting for a large regional property management company. The company managed over $1,000,000,000 in real estate. He was a member of the company’s executive committee. He was responsible for the company’s accounting and IT functions.

Tronya earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991. She worked for more than 10 years in the pawn industry performing acquisitions, software testing, and operations management. She has worked in real estate development and property management for more than 20 years, and has been with FMOC, LTD. since its inception in 2000.

Tronya is a native Texan and grew up in a small farming community near the gulf coast. She is married and has two adult daughters. She is also an avid Longhorn fan.

Andrew Andersen, Controller

Andrew who joined FMOC January 2014 is the controller and a Certified Public Accountant. He oversees accounting and tax operations for all properties within the FMOC portfolio.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in 2000 and a Master of Accountancy from Texas State University in 2009.  In 2011, he obtained his CPA license from the state of Texas.

Prior to earning his Masters degree, Andrew was a licensed real estate agent for two years.  Upon completing his Master degree he worked for a Top 20 public accounting firm specializing in multi-family residential real estate.  Andrew’s experience in accounting and real estate has been the perfect fit to oversee the growing needs of FMOC.

Ben Mullin, Property & Leasing Manager

Ben joined FMOC August 2016 as a property administrator and in late 2020 he was promoted to property manager. He assumed the leasing role for the FMOC portfolio in March 2021.

Ben moved to Texas from California in 2016. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and working out.
